The invention relates to the food industry, in particular to equipment for dispensing, adding and mixing the syrup with water during the preparation of beverages. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a device for preparing and dispensing a beverage consisting of a flexible container for a syrup, fixtures for fixing it, a mixing chamber and a device for feeding syrup and water into chamber 1. However, in the known device The syrup is in contact with air, which is a source of pollution (especially in countries with warm climates), or the environment, which can lead to deterioration of the product. The purpose of the invention is to improve the hygiene and reliability of the device. To achieve the goal, the device, consisting of a flexible syrup container, fixtures for mixing, a mixing chamber and a method for feeding syrup and water into the chamber, is provided with a cap mounted on the container for discharging syrup, a puncture device for piercing it the bevelled end, and the syrup feed mechanism from the container, and the container attachment device is a chute with means for placing the tip. . The tip is equipped with a membrane having a weakened area. In addition, the tip has a flag with radial channels. At the same time the tip is supplied with the backpressure valve. The membrane is fixed above the exit end of the tip. To accelerate the discharge of the syrup, the supporting surface of the chute is inclined. The means for placing the tip consists of a hollow cylinder rigidly fixed on the chute, sleeves with a protrusion disposed on its inner surface and a nut with cutouts mounted at the exit end of the cylinder. The syrup feed mechanism from the container is equipped with a discharge chamber, and the means for placing the tip is mounted in the chamber. A device for the breakthrough of the tip is mounted in the means for placing the tip. The feed mechanism of the syrup from the container consists of a screw and a drive. FIG. 1 schematically shows a device for preparing and dispensing a beverage, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - container, axonometry; in fig. 4 - a container with a tip, cut; in fig. 5 - a container with a check valve and a tip. The device (Figs. 1 and 2) consists of a flexible container 1 for a syrup attached to the last pierceable tip 2 for draining the syrup, an attachment for fastening the container 1, an attachment for piercing the nozzle 2, a mixing chamber 3, an attachment for syrup and water into the chamber and a mechanism for feeding the syrup from the container 1. The device for piercing the tip 2 is made in the form of a tube 4 with a skichienny end, while the tip 2 is equipped with a membrane 5 having a weakened portion b, and the membrane 5 is fixed above the input end of the tip 2 (Fig. 3). Tip 2 has a flange 7 with radial channels 8. /:; The fixture for fastening the container 1 is a chute 9 with a means for accommodating the tip 2 consisting of a hollow cylinder 10, a sleeve 11 and a cutout nut 12 with cutouts mounted on the input end of the hollow cylinder 10, with a projection 13 on the inner surface of the sleeve 11 interacting with a check valve 14.
